• Any bet not accepted due to a technical error will be considered void

• All game outcomes are determined by RNG technology
• If your internet connection is lost, the game result will be saved on the server

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PPPVIP. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of account balance:

• Use of Bots & Automated Software: Using any form of automation or AI tools to play is strictly prohibited
• Bonus Fraud: Claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited
• Account Sale: Accounts may not be sold or transferred to another person
• Money Laundering: Using pppvip for illegal money laundering purposes is strictly prohibited
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in casino games
• System Hacking: Hacking the pppvip system or exploiting any vulnerabilities for personal gain
• False Identity: Registering or conducting transactions using another person's identity

Pppvip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

1. If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found
2. If an account is registered using false information
3. Failure to cooperate with identity verification
4. In cases of suspicious financial transactions
5. After an extended period of inactivity (12 months)
6. At the player's own request

When closing an account, PPPVIP will make every effort to notify the player in advance. However, immediate action may be taken in cases of serious policy violations.

Our policy on balances held in inactive accounts:

• A monthly maintenance fee of ৳50 will apply after 6 months of inactivity
• If your balance reaches zero, your account will be automatically deactivated
• Players can reactivate their account at any time by logging back in

Pppvip accepts no liability for the following:

• Game loss due to internet disconnection
• Any loss caused by issues with your device or browser
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment services
• Any loss resulting from your login credentials being accessed by a third party
• Service disruptions due to force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemics)

In all cases, PPPVIP's maximum liability is limited to the balance in your account. No claims for additional compensation beyond this will be accepted.

• Your data is never sold
